Stable company, half of the partners are nice. Nice holiday parties, laker tickets

Cons

Limited exposure to different industries. They placed you in a group, and you are stuck in it.

Pros

They have some great employees, management and some great partners. Work-life balance really depends on what group you get assigned to work with. Growth within the firm exist and the pay is decent.

Cons

Doing labor unions and employee benefit plans does not help your resume. If you really want a public firm look for one that can give you greater knowledge you can use at other firms or in the private sector. They are slowly losing all of their good employees and have some really bad managers who have gotten many complaints but are still there. Be careful of what group you get assigned to.

Not a lot of room for error. Bring your A game, a very up or out kind of place.
