      Good employee culture and they produce high quality products - many of them right here in Appleton.

      Cons

      They should look to gain a more diverse workforce to bring in ideas. Gain more women leaders.

      Pros

      Many opportunities for job growth, great benefits, flexible hours, are very involved in community. The culture with in the business units is very upbeat and positive even when our backs are against the wall to get a project done.

      Cons

      The job opportunities although plentiful are hard to obtain by the requirements/hoops that are required to jump through. Politics within the organization or very excessive and prevent job tasks and projects from being done efficiently. Management does a good job of not firing underperforming individuals but moving them around to other business units to let some one else deal with them.
