      No nonsense. It's evident that they focus on hiring smart people. You can lean into working on projects in areas that interest you. From the top all the way down, leadership empowers you to make decisions.

      Cons

      Extremely high expectations. Conflicting priorities. Stingy vacation/fringe benefits. Near-Zero flexibility with work schedule. Your best bet to get a significant pay increase is to leave the company.

      Electric Component is a pcb circuit boards that are build together with many different types of component parts that either shows a polarity marks, (need to be put in the correct way) or a component parts that do not show any polarity marks,(do not matter how you put the part in) .

      Cons

      No communication between first shift and second shift to knowledge what's each shift has done.
