      If you are DEI, it was great and everything was great, you can get paid a ton more than your counterparts.

      Cons

      Moving from labor to professional is almost impossible. HR is not to be trusted; you are just a number. Numbers mean everything, so if a new 'idea' comes down the pipe, just smile and bear it. Core values are paper worthy. Very easy to get blacklisted.
