      Pros

      Assignments were challenging. Great mentorship from management. There exists a family-owned feel to the company, though its owned by ITW.

      Cons

      Engineering work in some disciplines (industrial, mechanical) may not be the most interesting.

      Great people work here, awesome and capable people to learn a a lot from.

      Cons

      Poor job security as parent ITW cuts your job at the drop of a hat in order to raise dividends and increase share price in the short term for investors. Totally random growth goals not even based in reality.

      Good pay and benefits, great culture, overall a good place to work. Miller is committed to retaining good people and has very low turnover.

      Management could use some listening skills. Communication tends to go in one direction.
