      interesting work, some workers were knowledgeable and great to work with.

      poor exit technique used during mass layoff - elaborate ruse used instead of honest dialogue.

      Pros

      Awesome work/life balance, flexible timings, helpful co-workers, a platform to work with people with 30+ years of experience, good 401K and other health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay, work can get mundane sometimes, slow paced work atmosphere, budget conscious, conservative approaches at work.

      Pros

      Autonomy and good benefits. Miller Electric is a market leader whose product sells itself. As a field sales rep I have plenty of support from the home office.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of turnover at the management level and little direction given to the sales team. Bonus structure is a bit capped.
