Working at a well known company like Miller Electric was a great opportunity and the business unit I worked in was quite laid back. I got help whenever I needed it and the people I worked with treated me with respect.

Cons

There were not a whole lot of cons about working at Miller. Because the company is quite big, continued learning and training is necessary as an employee. In addition, as with any company, there are always some employees who are hard to get along with.
