      Pros

      Great company with great benefits. Healthcare is really affordable compared to others. They also have a month off paid time for both father and mother of new children. Office environment is full of people who are friendly and fun. It feels like a big family at times. There is lots of support for people to grow skills and consider moving around in the company. Very supportive of families and outside life.

      Cons

      There could be some more stability of structure of the company. It seems like reporting structure changes often. Also some more communication between teams who are working on similar solutions would be good. Compensation seems close to average.

      Pros

      The people are very nice, always willing to lend a hand. Encourage you to ask questions. Laid-back atmosphere, no micro-managing. Encourage you to be independent and take on larger roles as early as possible. I rarely met anyone who worked there less than 10 year and often times they worked there 20+ years! Needless to say, there are a lot of knowledgeable and talented people to learn from!

      Cons

      They don't have very many openings at the moment. There's a pretty big generational gap. A majority of the people I worked with were 50+ years of age which is fine, but then it makes it hard to form relationships with co-workers outside of work. It's not very ethnically diverse

      Pros

      Awesome work/life balance, flexible timings, helpful co-workers, a platform to work with people with 30+ years of experience, good 401K and other health insurance benefits.

      Cons

      Low pay, work can get mundane sometimes, slow paced work atmosphere, budget conscious, conservative approaches at work.
