      Pros

      I have worked for big corporations before and Miller has been the first one that actually cares about it’s employees. It is still family owned and operated.

      Cons

      PTO is low compared to most other companies.

      Pros

      Fun, family atmosphere. I have the pleasure of working with some amazing people, who raise you up instead of letting you sink.

      Cons

      I feel this is more of a personal perception, however, I will say pay. Though Miller has been realizing the importance of their employees and have been trying to catch up to competitor pay.

      Pros

      Growing company that is still able to preserve that family business feel. The Millers are second to none in the way they treat employees, I've worked at other dealers, and spent quite a bit of time in the corporate world, so i can safely say a company with this kind of culture and quality is a breath of fresh air and the kind of place you can spend an entire career at!

      Cons

      honestly i don't have any complaints, work life balance, compensation, pto, everything is great
