The most innovative, beautiful, and supportive workspaces (umm Knoll and HM furniture obviously everywhere), mostly not a culture of burning the candle at both ends (in other words, good work/life balance), very little if any drama, professional kind colleagues.

Cons

Really none? I guess it's still work. But good people.
