Pros

Good Benefits that cover all aspects of life Driven to develop the workforce and individuals Decent pay Fun job

Cons

There isn’t much I would say is bad about it. I am personally overworked with no overtime hours or bonuses. I have to fit everything into 8 hours. President of the company said something off hand that could be construed as victim shaming, however she did apologize. She made a good point, but not in the right way.

Pros

very sustainable-minded company. Always figuring out how to create less waste, reduce the carbon footprint, be great stewards of the earth, and pay fair and equitable wages. They make beautiful products that have tremendous quality. It is a pleasure to sell these products because you know that it is a great product, will not fail, and has some of the most sustainable products and processes.

Cons

Not great upward mobility unless you are one of the chosen few. Can get caught up in choosing a political side/narrative instead of staying neutral.
