The benefits & salary are very good. If you are lucky to be in a nice team, your life will be easy and fun. The CEO Mauricio Ramos is a very focus man and he has been consistent with the global strategy. however, his team is not as smarts as him.

Cons

You need to speak Spanish to feet at the Miami office. The Miami regional management is a team of old friends helping each other, so, some of them with a big lac of expertise in their area. They change strategy and priorities every year (basically based on the competition), and they do layoffs as soon as the business is being hearted, which is easy in the telecommunications industry. No work-life balance at all. No home office, no multicultural environment.
