There is no carrier path, employees are basically hanging there for a horizontal shift or getting removed if their services are no longer required. This happens all the time during the year, very stressful. There are no other benefits than remuneration and vacations. Aligned with the Pros, Millicom is constantly changing, this could be a Cons for some people that prefer stable and structured organizations.
