Unfortunately, this company has become a highly toxic working environment. It is managed by a French group that lacks understanding of the Latin American context in which Millicom operates. Employees must navigate internal politics daily and strive to appease others to "look good" in the organization. Decisions are made without consideration for the current employees. Constant and frequent layoffs
