Fast paced environment. Slow workers don't adapt and often leave for not fitting in.

Good benefits Market leader in most countries Fast decision making environment Get to travel a lot and meet people from different cultures

Cons

Senior management is always hired from outside the company and career plans are not fulfilled even though you work on these career plans. I have personally witnessed this situation and it is not good.
