Cons

Pendular, short term, always changing/firing top executives. It is a disorganized company which lacks focus and has a very strong Paraguayan camp inside.

Cons

Opaque salary scheme and benefits; operates in poor countries in Africa and LAtin America. Promotion is opaque. Work long hours without overtime pay.
