Challenging problems, generally positive atmosphere with attempts at transparency from the Executive Team, some training and/or opportunities for career growth depending on your team/manager
Cons
Some positions without growth opportunities for years at a time (by nature of the jobs, perhaps), poor conflict resolution/mediation and HR presence for some of the satellite or remote-based positions
