Pros

Lots of experienced older personnel. If you've been in the healthcare space for a long time you'll fit in pretty well.

Cons

Extremely poor organizational structure. Work allocation is abysmal; some workers swamped in 10 hour days and others sitting on their hands doing nothing for weeks at a time. This really cuts at the younger hires that don't get the opportunity to advance their careers.
