Pros

Startup feel within a large company. Leadership is easy to reach, quick to adapt. We have close relationships with our vendors, which makes them an extended part of our team. The people are top notch; I'm always learning from and being pushed to do better by my co-workers. And the hours are reasonable; in a city known for 80 hour work weeks, we get a lot done in under 50.

Cons

Practice is split across several offices and is still adapting to the challenges of development across many time zones.

None - was dumped into believing permanent position - turned out to be contract

Cons

Does not nature and appreciate new employees any new employees are only there to transfer knowledge and train existing employees - they don't tell you that - just fire you when 'training' is finished
