      Good place for IT if you're ready to own a project

      Pros

      Knowledgeable people that work really hard. There is no real path for IT but that leaves you a chance to carve your own.

      Cons

      Because you can carve your own path that also means their is little direction. You have to come on board quickly and find your niche. If not, you'll be headed for the door.
