The culture of junior employees worshiping the power and mostly money that the top leader possesses is almost like a cult. (But I guess "worshiping the rich" culture is not limited here). Sad to see the general human value is reduced down to how much dollar amount you generate.

There is always room for improvement. More competitive salaries are needed.
