Pros
There is a great team of professionals who seem to genuinely enjoy working together. The camaraderie is really amazing. There is a very wide range of project types. Even those projects that are somewhat repetitive usually involve different clients so it is interesting to see the impact of repeating an exercise for a different set of circumstances. They spend a lot of time with organized training for staff. Everyone has the opportunity to advance.
Cons
The office is growing rapidly and they have struggled at times to hire and train enough staff. This led to some periods with heavy workload. It is definitely better now that they are fully staffed.
