      Learning Experience, No Room for Growth

      Pros

      They are extremely flexible with time and seem to value their employees like family. I have seen very few people leave this company in the 3 years I have worked there. They also give regular raises and good bonuses when the company is doing well.

      Cons

      My biggest issue with this company is the position I obtained had no room for growth. Another downside is training; it was very difficult to learn here as most tasks ended up being self taught. Co-workers make it seem like there is no time and especially no initiative to train others. Although there are regular company outings (Christmas party, a luncheon and a summer outing), it is not a very social environment.
