Pros

Private company. Work with some of the smartest people around. Management is great in overseeing their employees work. Kitchen always has a variety of drinks available. Even basic otc medication (tylenol, sudafed, etc) is available.

Cons

Unless you're employed as an actuary, forget being able to advance in your career and trying to have the actuaries respect your non-actuarial work. Most people work crazy hours which makes it hard to 'slack' a little and by slacking I mean not work a 12 hour shift. Work from home is available but is often frowned upon because it can inconvenience your coworkers.
