Pros

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There's always someone available when you ask for help. Like seriously, everyone I met was always upbeat and positive. The pay and benefits are better than most places.

Cons

Very demanding work environment. High expectations of new hires. I believe I lacked proper resources to perform certain tasks, but didn't realize it because I hadn't been there long enough. Transparency between managers and analysts apparently has much to be desired. To say I feel betrayed by my manager is an understatement. I did my best with what I was given for resources, and was never told that that wasn't good enough.
