Pros

The overall company is very supportive to driven, ambitious individuals, compensates well, and has a pretty good culture.

Cons

Each office is owned by Equity Principals (sort of like franchisees, but you have to be a vetted senior employee to be eligible to buy in), which provides a motivation to run the business well and have long-term objectives in mind. Unfortunately, it also means that these people have no oversight if a toxic worker ends up in this position. I really enjoyed my time working here for the first seven years, but then my equity principal (EP) retired and left a perfectionist workaholic in her place. The new EP is incapable of working with folks who do not share their work-life values and has driven off a lot of hard-working, talented individuals (which leaves more work for the rest of us that we are not being compnsated for). The rest of management is aware of the issue but hasn't been able to do anything about it due to how the corporate structure is set up.
