* Company suffers from senior management which cannot commit to any efforts beyond roughly 4 months. In seeking to effect change, I was told it was unlikely I would get sustained leadership support beyond that time frame because they will shift priorities and forget existing commitments * As a result, culture is one of chaos * Leadership openly calls the culture one of "fallow IP" while being the root cause of the failure to develop IP * No work life balance at all * Hostile work environment * Engineers are seen as a means to an end, and not solution providers * Can't trust anything you are told by partner teams * Some people have been in their position so long and are so embedded in corporate culture this company will never change while those people hold those positions * Openly jokes about not meeting industry/partner commitments * Leadership openly jokes about how it does not care about corporate culture
