Marketing, connections, good opportunities if you’re attractive & shut up.

Unfortunately my time there was filled with constant criticism about “looks” while being overworked & underpaid. All employees are under appreciated & there are MAJOR pay gaps if you’re attractive enough. I felt horrible for line service my entire time working there. Upper management truly have no idea what goes on & they will fire you if you speak out against them. Such a shame that it’s an EXTREMELY toxic environment & everyone talks bad about each other. You are not & will not appreciated there. Do not fall for the fakeness. Oh and they are also racist (some of upper management even openly)! Oops!!!
