Easy work, lots of diversity, very little management involvement

Cons

Company is on COD for 90% of vendors, management is impossible to work with, employees with no motivation, very little support equipment that works as originally intended.

Pros

It's an exciting and fun environment to work in. The general aviation side is dynamic and can go from a relatively slow day to an all out crazy one.

Cons

Unfortunately although the pay just increased an entire dollar for new hires the pay increase for those caught in the middle of seniority suffer causing some disgruntled employees.
