Management is absolutely deplorable. The Human Resources department is just as bad. The supervisor I was under targets people in her department, she bullies people, says inappropriate comments, and makes the work environment very hostile even for her best employees. When you go to higher up management for help and to report it is not done and she is not reprimanded.
