Pros
Their sustainability programs, which are related to the very harsh environment and weather conditions where the site is located and good automation engineers doing the best with alsmodt nothing.
Cons
Location of the site I was keeps a management with local minds (the world does not exist for them), which do not provide any growth to real good talent as well as does protect themselves against any opposition. Site does not fully comply with the regulating agencies 100% and diversity does not exist as a company statue, is just to comply with the minimum of the law. Very harsh environment to work if you are no a New Englander. Very Old facility with no vision of expansion.
