      Pros

      The people, salt of the earth co-workers. Plant manager is a good and respectful man. Pay was good, My line of managers were strong and compassionate leaders.

      Cons

      The real and only con was the COVID surge and then post COVID downfall not being forecasted and managed better. Saw too many great people being let go for no fault of their own. I felt like the poor site management team had to be put in the horrible position to be the executioners of high level managers mis-management of the pandemic

      Top heavy company. Hires supervisors as analysts to get people in the door while never restructuring

      Pros

      Good benefits , big company , job security for lower level positions. Hires everyone.

      Cons

      Upper management has no idea what day to day tasks are and consist of. Hire from outside sources while passes on current employees to keep them in current roles. Limited room for internal growth. This company has more supervisors and managers than actual employees because they can't retain people. Has the highest turnover rate for any job that requires bachelor's degree I have ever seen. Culture is horrible, no recognition for individuals time . Upper management expects people to stay late and adjust schedule for no additional pay. Every two months they might bring a shared pizza for everyone.
