      The people I work with can be nice at times.

      The Customer Service Environment is Toxic is like a High School Locker Room and Management does not punish the bad reps that cause the problems. They punish the good people who try to call it out.

      - Most of the colleagues are very friendly and supportive - however, more and more are becoming desperate

      Cons

      - Extremly poor leadership (lack of communication and transparency, no vision at all, obvious discrepancies between CEO and CFO) - Sr. management promises to improve the situation since 2015 - no major improvements since then - Intransparent and arbitrary performance management process - Increasing attrition - Lack of sturcture and processes - Very poor IT infrastructure

      Supervisors are not either professional or knowledgeable. They are very lazy and blame the employees for their lack of performance. Newly hired mangers are good and need to get rid of these old uneducated unprofessional people.
