Pros
The working environment is enjoyable with a strong cross functional team element. The scope and opportunities in research fields is very varied. Rewards are good and personal benefits comparable to others in this space.
Cons
The current management team is more internally focused and focused on themselves rather than the technology, investing in research and understaning the customer. The result is negativley affecting the dynamic nature of the company. There is currently a lack of stategic direction and a lack of decsion making and risk taking from the senior management team. Ask about this.
