I would avoid the Cherokee site in St. Louis. The quality and employee management systems here are terrible. They do not train employees because the turnover rate is high so you will be thrown in the fire and have to figure everything out on your own. The consequence of this is everything is never done right and always creates a lot of problems. The culture here is very unprofessional and high schoolish. People are clique and competitive and don't work as a team. People will throw someone under the bus to get promoted or to look good. Management does not care about employees they pick a few favorites and give them all the career development. One of the managers there would go around and bully people and be utterly disrespectful and run people down. Because they treat employees badly nobody cares about the company or doing things right here and it is just a never ending cycle. Human resources is also very unprofessional here and if you have a problem they don't care about it regardless of what it is. Go work somewhere else.

9 years in acquisition mode has depleted the workforce by dedicating most of the higher qualified people into projects teams or silos, geared towards transitions. While these teams sit in their catered meetings much of the workforce is driven to produce and Manufacture the products requiring long hours with very little to no compensation. Many of these people are temps and have been there for far too long.
