Business Outlook
Pros
Decent benefit and reasonable vacation time; Some employee can occasionally work from home; Life and work balance pretty good; company does not track your personal time off; Overall pretty stable until recently small number of employees got laid off.
Cons
Company does not really do anything to developing employees career; HR really does not do anything good to employees; Do not provide training or help employee to maintain professional certification (i.e. need to pay out of your pocket, but some one can get reimbursed) Very very hard to get promotion, you need to "rub" your boss's back to get it;
