Stable company and a great place to start your career. Also, an excellent place to try out diverse roles and make future connections.
Cons
Terrible pay and benefits all around, zero respect for their employees, nepotism is rampant especially by executive management. Career advancement at Sigma comes with piddly raises, usually less than 5%. Ultimately, this company selects and evolves its workforce to the slugs of the organization due to their fear of letting dregs go. Will never make it as a life science company while acting as a chemical company stuck in the '50s.
