toxic from the top down, irrational expectations in a time of economic downturn which then result in headless layoffs, no strategy or organized workflow with 5 different departments asking for the same thing in a slightly different way, nepotism

Incompetent management and supervisors who are racists, sexists, mentally abusive and get away with it. If you complain to anyone or hr you will get fired, or treated worse after they kiss hr's butt to cover their own.
