      -Major growth = increased opportunities -Flexible schedules -Good benefits -Dynamic -OT opportunities (good for hourly)

      Cons

      -Very high turnover; especially management -Outside hiring while overlooking qualified internal employees -Overworked management; hard to get responses at times -Add responsibilities without promotions or pay raises

      Decent pay for introduction into pharma.

      Cons

      Promotions are slow and not based on performance. If you don't get along with management, you will not get promoted. Inexperience management team. Labs are poorly maintaining and rarely cleaned for handling potent compound. Lack of diversity.
