      Company culture, Great benefits, Endless resources

      Cons

      The workload would be the only con for me. To stay ahead of demand, working overtime is necessary. However, this is not enforced by management and we are encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance. For someone like myself who hates leaving work with things to do though, it is hard to walk away!

      Overworked and underpaid. Company doesn't value people enough. A lot of people come and go, seeing that the same amount of money or higher can be made somewhere else. So people with great potential or those with invaluable skillsets end up leaving

      Stable, Good life work balance, overall caring coworkers. Reasonable benefits

      Cons

      Low compression, promotion the wrong people, lack of vision, change in vision or whatever you want to call it. It is a moving target that is hard to hit. Keep your guard there are those that will stab you in the back.
