Pros
A lot of the employees are really talented, hardworking, and willing to assist in getting the goals accomplished. Benefits are good, including good health and life insurance, 401K, PTO time.
Cons
Some of the leadership team (Indianapolis facility) are absolutely clueless as to how to run a successful GMP CDMO. They do not care about clients or employees. Several clients have taken their business elsewhere because of the inadequately run facility. They do not listen to employees...if they did, the facility might get better instead of worse! Millipore Sigma really needs send in an experienced group of "fixers," people who can actually work to make things better. There are never enough resources to handle the different clients and their needs, but leadership just wants to blame the hardworking employees instead of looking at themselves.
