Pros

Really great people and benefits. Hard working people that can also have a good time together. I really enjoy the work and working here. Also a great location for me.

Cons

Not many cons, but if I had to say, I would say maybe a little more budget for equipment, computers, iPads and software.

Pros

Bonuses are good and people do care about you.

Cons

If you do your job well you will end up doing the job of 3 other people. Annual raises are small and I don’t think management has their stuff together. Estimators bid work all over the country that we don’t get and very few people even want to go do. Seems like a pretty big disconnect between the field and office. Doubt any of the executives can name over half of our workforce.
