Pros

Great mission, science, and products, some very smart and bright coworkers, nice 401k matching, good PTO, and decent health benefits. Miltenyi Gaithersburg and San Jose are great if you're a good talker. You'll rise up the ranks despite being incompetent.

Cons

Gaithersburg and San Jose sites have some incompetent and unqualified leaders in MFG, QA, QC, and even HR. Many high ego, sweet-talking politickers. Matrix structure means slow progress and no accountability. Avoid Miltenyi Gaithersburg and San Jose if you're highly competent and hard-working. You won't be recognized or rewarded.
