      Owner-driven chaotic environment, academic approach

      This is an owner-driven company with more academic than business approach, company too old for start-up stage, but still without a proper corporate/structured way of working.

      Cons

      Lack of people development opportunities, Lack of benefits, Lack of clear SOPs, Lack of clear strategy and vision, Decision power in one hand (owner)
