Free food in office sometimes. Management (US) largely absent, so nobody watching when you come and go. International meetings give sales force plenty of time to hook up with coworkers from other countries on the down-low. US managers are not very bright and are very vulnerable to manipulation, so if you lie well or are a smooth-talker you can go far.

Cons

Founder has stretched the company to the limits, and you’ll be constantly badgered by dissatisfied customers who are dying to take their business elsewhere. Auburn facility has been sold off, so don’t bother applying for jobs there unless you are just looking for a 1-year paid vacation in the Sierra foothills.

Easy to get by. That's it.

Cons

Pay and benefits are not comparable to biotech industry standards. No flexibility/allowances for working from home. Unprofessional and lots (I mean LOTS) of gossip (e.g., who's sleeping with who within the company, how ugly/hot people are, trashing people in a burn book).
