      Pros

      Good entry point as first experience in biotech. Opportunity to work on the global scale but within a relatively small organization. Easy to be involved into strategic discussions about future planning. Visionary and ambitious plans to contribute to advancements in biomedical world. Young and easy-going environment. Free coffee and space for cooking.

      Cons

      Disorganized management with old-fashion approach and little leading-by-example attitude. Limited transparency and bad communication skills especially in career planning. Some bad infrastructural problems (limited parking space, bad public transport connections, limited food offer, shortage of meeting rooms and recreational spaces).
