Pros
Company is owned by Milton cat so you get great benefits and can borrow equipment if your on good terms. great starter job if your green and need the experience because they don't wanna pay for the experience.
Cons
Constantly changing company policy (constantly changing overtime policy) and not informing employees till it hits your paycheck or your personal time off. Favoritism runs thru the company. Pay is horrible only way to get a raise is tell them your gonna take another job with better pay.
