Pros

It's an overall great place to work. The people are fantastic and the organization makes great efforts to offer incentives to staff such as free tickets to games and employee meals if you work during an event. Also, the benefits are excellent. Their health insurance is the most comprehensive and affordable plan that I've ben a part of.

Cons

Due to long events and a busy overall schedule, it's easy to get burnt out.

Pros

-Honestly the free tickets to the games (which I couldn't even use because I worked them) was really the only perk

Cons

Toxic work envrionment, not paid what your worth, highly overworked-working nights weekends holidays and everything in between. Little respect and not a lot of growth opporunities.

Pros

Inside Sales program teaches good foundation for selling for new college graduates

Cons

Extremely antiquated selling techniques pushed from management. No upward mobility- don't get too enamored with a "career" in sports because if you stay more than a couple years, your career will DIE.
