Pros

Gained very useful cold calling and basic sales skills that can be translated into other industries. Working in the NBA is awesome, with the exposure to players and the arena. All employees get free tickets to all the games. Most employees including management are young and majority of entry level are fresh out of college (this can be good/bad). Ton of free food during the week and always on weekday game nights.

Cons

Irregular hours (it's the NBA) Very Low Base Pay Micromanagement at times Schedule can change day to day in terms of game duties
