Pros

For high pressure sports sales job management team was awesome at working with you to help you hit goals and give you training.

Cons

No possibility of advancement outside of ticket sales. Poor pay in general, but not terrible within sports.

Pros

working in professional sports, perks of going to other sporting events for free in the professional sports industry. Everyone knows everyone in the NBA and among some other teams. When you're hitting your goals you get rewarded well as a team and individual

Cons

low pay, produce way more than what you get paid but that's the norm in all professional sports. Leadership team is definitely favorable to brown nosers. There is not a good culture here but is steadily improving. No one really is invested in the selling culture since this market is cheap. No promoting within to management roles for career advancement
